Swift Data Types

There are two fundamental data types in Swift

Value Types 
  • Int, Floating-Points, Booleans, Characters, Strings , Arrays, Dictionaries and Tuples (which are implemented as Structures)
  • Optionals (which are implemented as Enumerations)
Reference Types
  • Classes
  • Functions and Closures
